Day 1 trip to Sasquatch.

We left on Thursday bright an early from Salmon Arm. We were headed to our first stop which was Leavenworth Wa. We didn't know anything about this place, when we got there we were very surprised. We checked into the KOA, and found out that this was a Bavarian Village. Everything was done in old style German architecture. This is Jennifer on the cabin swing.

We went into town and had dinner at a Brau Haus This was the only place I have ever seen that has a pickle as an appetizer. Huge!

Jennifer had the Half chicken, It was huge also.

I had the wiener Schnitzel, and washed it down with a Litre of beer.

This is what the town looked like.

Neslted in the Mountains.

Some of the signage.

Sasquatch 2006

Rain, hail, frozen toes, soaked to the bone. Wouldn't change a thing, every bit of it was worth the pain the weather tried to cause.
I will be posting the whole trip so you can see what we did. This is a picture of the Flaming Lips, what a show. We saw them at Coachella in 04', but this time it was a longer set and made the whole festival complete.

Time Off..

Ahhhhhhh.
About time. I have been hard at it for almost a month straight, my lovely wife was feeling left out because I am working all the time. So for the next week and a half we are going to be doing lots together. We will be in town for the next 2 days then head to Salmon Arm for a couple of days to drop off the kids then head down to Sasquatch to take in some good music, and fun times.
I will post some of the goings on over the next week or so.
Here I am the other day at one of my jobs. There was an Antonov picking up some cargo. I had one of the guys take my picture beside it. Cool huh?

Hey R. Hope you had a good trip in Amsterdam, I am hoping to make it to T.O. some time next month possibly.
